Returns
Our products are printed and processed by humans, therefore as much as we want to have a 100% error-free production, sometimes there is an issue. We will accept the following reasons for a Free replacement:
* Wrong order received ( e.g., size, colour, print )
* Lost in transit ( if it is more than the time frame we have for the area )
* Faulty items ( e.g., seams destroyed, poor print quality ) Sublimation
Normal Imperfection is not included on this (white streaks on seams, underarms)
Note: Please provide images for your claim; you do not need to return the items received in this case. However, items should not be worn/used when filing claims.
Exchange
Because items are printed to order, we cannot usually exchange them if you made a mistake with sizing or colours when ordering. However, please contact us to discuss as we are here to help.
Refunds
We will process a refund only if a replacement is not possible; we will not process a refund for the following reasons:
* You do not like the product (fabric, design)
* You've had a change of mind.
* The item does not fit
* Returned order (wrong/insufficient address, refuse, addressee unknown, etc)
It is Important that if you are requesting a refund that it should be within 2 weeks from the date of receiving your order or for loss in transit - 1-2 months only from the time we shipped.
Cancellation and Order Updates
Cancellation and order updates (e.g. size & colour) are only possible if the order has not been yet been printed.
Shipping address updates are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
