🇬🇧 UK Shipping

(England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland – excludes Channel Islands & Isle of Man)

Delivery Cost (Mainland UK & NI):

• Flat Rate: £3.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order weight. If multiple items are purchased (for example, a hoodie and a t-shirt), the shipping rate may increase slightly to reflect the combined weight.

Please allow ample time for processing, production, and delivery - especially if purchasing for a special occasion. Made to Order – Thoughtful Production

All of our products are printed to order here in the UK. This means we only produce what’s needed, helping to reduce unnecessary overstock and excess waste.

Each item is created especially for you, with care and attention to quality at every step.

Production Times

All items are printed in London, UK in collaboration with our trusted print partners. We've worked together for over four years to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

• Standard Items: 3-6 working days (Mon–Fri)

• Hooded Blankets: 5-7 working days

Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will begin production on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it follows a UK Bank Holiday). Our production partners are closed on weekends, bank holidays, Easter (Good Friday to Easter Monday), and from Christmas Eve to 2nd January.

 

We are unable to fast-track or guarantee dispatch by a specific date and dispatch times are subject to stock.

From 17th November 2025, production times are likely to extend due to increased Christmas demand, and may take 5-8 working days.

📦 UK Delivery

• All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Estimated Delivery: 2-4 working days (not guaranteed)

• During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), delivery may take up to 7 working days

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update within the Royal Mail system.

Please note: First Class and Special Delivery are not available.

🌍 International Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Final rates are shown before payment.

🇺🇸 US Orders - Duties & Taxes

All US orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

Customs & Import Duties 

For destinations outside the UK orders may be subject to import taxes (such as VAT/GST), customs duties, and carrier handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations and import thresholds.

These charges are set by your local authorities and delivery provider, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

• Charges may need to be paid before or upon delivery
• Not all orders will incur fees — this depends on your country and order value

Peachy Finders is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services. Delivery times provided are estimates based on previous shipments to each region.

📮 Delayed or Missing Orders

We aim for timely delivery, but delays can occur due to:

• Supply chain restocks

• Bank holidays or strike action

• Weather disruptions

• Peak periods (e.g. Christmas)

Once your order has been dispatched to Royal Mail, we have no control over how quickly they sort and scan parcels or when they deliver them to local mail centres for final delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us at peachyfinders@post.com and we’ll do our best to help.
