Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customer Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
For example, if your order was placed at 12:30 PM, please email us by 4:30 PM at peachyfinders@post.com

After this timeframe, cancellations are not possible, as your order will have already entered our printing partner’s automated production queue.

If your cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Order Cancellation by Peachy Finders

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
This may occur in rare situations, including but not limited to:

  • Inventory or fulfilment issues

  • Inability to verify or process payment

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Unexpected printing or supplier errors

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept exchanges.

This includes cases where:

  • An incorrect size was chosen

  • The colour or design selected was not what you intended

Size guides are available on every product page to help you order accurately.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible (see below).
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of product material, colour, or style

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Order returned due to incorrect or incomplete address

  • Delivery refusal or unclaimed package

Please note: We are a print-on-demand store, and each item is produced specifically for your order.

Timeframe to Request a Refund:

  • Product issue: within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Lost in transit: within 21 days of dispatch

Once your claim is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.


Replacements

We’re happy to offer free replacements for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item (size, colour, or print)

  • The item arrived faulty (e.g. poor print quality, damaged seams)

  • The order was lost in transit (beyond expected timeframe)

Normal print-on-demand imperfections (e.g. slight white marks under arms or along seams) are not considered faults.

Replacement Policy:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Where possible, please attach photo evidence

  • Items must not be worn or used when filing a claim

  • If approved, you will not be required to return the item

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sale items or discounted products

These items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or replacements unless faulty.
